Workshop on “Optimizing MCQ Assessment: Item Analysis”

On 16th April 2025, an interactive workshop on “Optimizing MCQ Assessment: Item Analysis” was conducted by Dr. Fatima Aman, Assistant Professor of Medical Education, at the Skill Lab of Women Medical College. The session aimed to enhance the quality of MCQs by using item analysis to identify flawed questions, improve poorly performing items, and strengthen future assessments. Faculty actively participated and gave positive feedback, making the workshop a valuable step toward better assessment practices.
