A successful workshop on “Building a Positive Workplace Culture” was held on 7th May 2025 at Women Medical College, led by Ms. Masooma Rafique, Psychologist at the Department of Medical Education.

Faculty members actively participated in this interactive session, which focused on fostering respect, communication, and collaboration within the workplace. Together, we’re working towards creating a healthier, more supportive academic environment.
