- This list is absolutely provisional and is subject to correction/revision/amendment in case of any error, omission lapse, mistake, fraud or misrepresentation that occurs or is brought to the notice of College Authorities within due time.
- Mere figuring in this Order of merit shall not confer any right on the candidate with regards to admission if she is otherwise found ineligible on detection of any error /mistake / fraud / misrepresentation at any stage of admissions.
- Candidates can make a request/ appeal by email at info@wmc.edu.pk against any error, omission or lapse in this provisional merit list till Monday 08th January 2024 (02:00 PM) with documentary evidence.
- After that no complaint will be acceptable and after necessary corrections / amendments, the final merit shall be displayed as per schedule.
- All the interested candidates who have applied on KMU portal for admission in private medical & dental colleges but not to Women Medical College portal are advised to apply to Women Medical College through its portal and attach KMU deposit slip as documentary proof on (https://wmc.edu.pk/admission-portal-mbbs-and-bds-2023-2024/) which has been opened for those candidates till 03 pm of 08-01-2024, so that their names could be included in the final merit list”
Provisional Merit List MBBS

1. Combined centralised merit list provisional one is purely developed on candidates data provided on Web portal of admitting university KMU and its affiliated private sector Medical/Dental colleges. |
2. The candidates must report to respective colleges and deposit the requisite amount of fee on Bank Deposit Slip to be provided by college within 2 working days (15th-16th January, 2024) positivily, failing which shall culminate in cancellation of admission. |
3. College wise priority/choices details also shared on candidates choices purely under Merit/choice. |
4. Formula for aggregate determination to be calculated as 10% SSC.40% Fsc and 50% MDCAT results with preference to KP domicile holders as priority one ,if any seat fall vacant ,then other provinces candidates will be considered for admission . |
5. Candidates shall report and deposit fee in their respective college of choice with 48 hours, failing which college will show the seat vacant and candidate next in round on merit will be consider for admission to Fill seats. |
6. Verificafion of admitted candidates documents and other codal formalities completion will be sole responsibility of colleges to secure the admission on merit and complete the process efficiently. |
7. Colleges will submit the vacant seats details to admitting university, where in university will upload second round of merit list for admission on vacant seat from centrally developed merit list. |
8. Incase of shifting from one college to another on merit base,the college concern will re pay the fee to the students within 24 hours so that seats to be filled wellintime for smooth completion of process. |
9. If any information wrong or documents found wrong at any stage of the process ,the admission will stand cancelled automatically,candidate next on merit will be offer admission on merit/ choice. |
10. The admission time lines already decided will be meet and all process to be completed on or before 31st January, 2024 as per PM&DC guidelines. |
