Pathway to USMLE Step 1: A Student’s Journey

Real Talks. Real Guidance. Real Inspiration.

Held at Women Medical College under the banner of SRDS, today’s workshop — “Pathway to USMLE Step 1: A Student’s Journey” — featured Aamenah Rustam, a final-year MBBS student, who shared her personal experience of preparing for the USMLE Step 1.

Known for her academic dedication, Aamenah offered honest, practical advice—covering study strategies, trusted resources, and key insights that helped demystify the process for her peers.

The session concluded with an engaging Q&A segment, marked by thoughtful questions and real-time peer-to-peer learning.

To honor her contribution, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ashfaq, our respected Vice Principal, presented her with a shield and certificate of appreciation, and delivered a heartfelt speech encouraging student-led academic initiatives and applauding Aamenah’s inspiring effort.

We hope this is just the beginning of many such empowering sessions ahead!
