Aims:
To organize, deliver, and promote effective learning interventions such as workshops & seminars for development and enhancement of teaching performance of faculty members.
Mission Statement:
Faculty development program enhances the instructional innovation and effectiveness and reinforces scholarly creative activities to support faculty needs and cultivates positive and sustainable academic environment.
Core Expected Outcomes:
At the end the program, participants should be able to:
- Practice knowledge, skills, and other techniques to enhance quality and effectiveness of teaching methods.
- Build a culture for learning based on collaboration, teamwork, and shared vision.
- Ask for timely and effective feedback.
